Fribourg’s Sense district communities have been measuring their energy consumption, as well as energy efficiency in their buildings and installations for 10 years, using the EnerCoach software. The communities’ staff and experts are accompanied by NET, their mandated partner. The local Freiburger Nachrichten newspaper hailed this as a success story, while highlighting the energy commission president’s review of the energy consumption evolution over the last decades.
