1997: the start of a success story
Founded by Stefan Nowak in 1997, the company made a name for itself right from the start in the fast-growing field of photovoltaics, both in terms of research and development and of increasing industrial and practical implementation. Very early on, the company broadened its field of activity and turned its sights strongly towards international activities, particularly in the context of projects under the European Research Framework Programmes, the International Energy Agency (IEA) and development cooperation. This has enabled the company to continually develop its skills along the entire value chain, and to play a leading role in relevant national and international projects and programmes.
2024: the success story continues
In Anita M. Fasel, the company has found a committed new Director who will continue the current success story and bring in new ideas. Anita M. Fasel is ideally placed to continue the successful management of the company: of Swiss-German origin, she holds a degree in environmental engineering from the EPFL. She began her career at the federal level in the field of international sustainable development (UN, OECD, FAO). Anita M. Fasel then coordinated major construction and territorial development projects in the Environment Office of the Canton of Fribourg. For the past two years, she has been working for NET Nowak Energy & Technology Ltd., where she is Project Director with operational responsibility for the company's relevant projects. Among other things, Anita M. Fasel is the coordinator of the REPIC platform, a member of the CETPartnership and responsible for the coordination of solar training in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Anita M. Fasel speaks several languages (de/fr/eng/hr). Fun fact : she has four children - like Stefan Nowak.
Stefan Nowak will remain with the company as Senior Advisor, putting his knowledge and experience at the disposal of Anita M. Fasel and the team.
